- Equipment is screened for eligibility and quality.
- Individual donors in some states are asked to deliver equipment to a collection site in your area, call (800) 939-6000 for details. For corporate donations or large quantities of equipment, other transportation arrangements can be made.
- A donation receipt is provided.
- Computers are refurbished at various sites (correctional
facilities, vocational centers, community colleges, etc.) and then
placed in schools according to local program parameters and/or the preference
of the donor.
